X+CO works with all managers throughout the organization in order to upgrade and develop their leadership-skills





The program is aimed for the ambitious leader who wants to develop all leaders in the organization
the team to be a developing team.
The purpose of the development process is that the leaders in the organization gain a common language and an understanding of what leadership is all about. The internal and common leadership development program will be closely connected to the daily work in the company. This is done by the cases and theory being closely linked to everyday challenges and the organization’s here-and-now situation.
What
The program contains all the important personal competencies a “good leader” is supposed to have. The internal focus creates a common commitment to develop individually and make an overall management boost. Leaders become better at being clear, inclusive and to talk about the difficult and sensitive issues that are often avoided and which slow down the ability to achieve results.
How much
The process is tailored to the wishes and needs of the individual management team. It has many forms, and the course can be put together to suit the company’s finances and needs.
We have good experiences with a course that runs over a year with one module every month (July and December except). Between each module, the participants will receive homework in the form of reflections and actions in relation to current issues. They will also be introduced to relevant literature, which builds up to the next module.

Therefore, the responsible leader is given a separate role, where we ensure a common reconciliation of expectations about content and the leader’s role during the process.

The program is based on the challenges that your management team have and what the team has to be able to solve together. What you are already good at in terms of management and where you should primarily focus on lifting the management team and in the organization.
At the final evaluation meeting, the responsible leader will receive our observations, feedback and recommendations for the next step.
